I tune into your Spirit Guides and Angels and see what information that they have for you. I can only give you what I get and I will never make stuff up just to fill time. I also can’t promise to only tell you things that you want to hear, sometimes there are things that you may not want to hear, but as I tell people, sometimes I’m just used by those in the Spirit world as a smack over the back of the head!
I can never guarantee that a passed loved one will come through, it’s no different to ringing someone and hoping that they pick up the phone, usually they will come through because they know that you want them to.
My readings are a mix of clairvoyance, mediumship and intuitive counseling, I don’t pick how things come through that is up to your guides, they will know what is best for you and what you need to hear.
If you have particular questions, please ask them! What may seem important to you at this point in your life isn’t necessarily what those in Spirit think is important, so I always tell people to write down the questions that they want to ask.
No, Katrina-Jane conducts sessions in person, over the phone and via email.
Emailed readings will require at least one photograph of yourself that is less than one year old and clearly shows your face. This will be requested via email from Katrina-Jane within two business days once you have booked. Once your request has gone through, Katrina-Jane will also request you supply a list of questions, that you are hoping to have answered.
Emailed readings are completed within one month of your questions and photo being received.

3. IMPORTANT Once you have made payment you will be redirected back to this website to enter your details and/or reading question (1 and 3 question readings only). Please DO NOT MISS this step as your reading will not be able be performed without these details.
Please note that if you choose to pay by direct debit, your reading will be booked in/performed once payment has cleared – in some instances this may take up to 48hrs due to bank processing time.

This is above the old ANZ bank and is now the Reserve Wine Bar on the corner of Bolton and Hunter Streets, – the entrance is from Bolton Street. You can either take the stairs or the lift to the 1st floor, when you exit the lift, go straight through the glass doors and take a seat – it is a communal waiting area and when I am free I will come and get you, my room is the door directly on your left when you exit the lift before going through the glass doors. The ladies restroom is on the 2nd floor and the gentleman’s restroom is on the 3rd floor.

‘One topic’ questions are for those who have a burning question that needs answering. An example of one topic might be:

‘Three topic’ questions are more comprehensive. An example of three topic might be:
- What should I do in regards to my career, should I move and what is going on in my relationship

A full refund will be provided for IN PERSON readings if 48 hours cancellation is provided OR I am happy to reschedule you to another date and time.
For an IN PERSON reading an appointment email will be sent with the first available date and time and if a confirmation is not received from you within 48 hours of your appointment another email will be sent. However, if no reply is received to the second email, then your appointment will be given to someone else and no refund will be provided. I do apologise if this sounds harsh but I have had too many people request an appointment, not confirm and then cancel when I send out a reminder the day before.
