This one is short and sweet. Be grateful for everything that happens to you, whether you think it’s good or bad. Move into a state of gratitude. For example, when you’re going for a walk give thanks that you can, or when you’re driving to work, give thanks that you can afford a car and have employment, it’s easy when you think about it.
Lastly, when you go to bed at night, before you go to sleep, think of three things that you can be grateful for and give thanks.
