How do we find our soul purpose? 

Firstly, I personally believe that there are a number of steps that need to be taken to get us into the right “mindset” and lifting our spiritual vibration. 

Because, I’m going to be honest here, I feel that a lot of people are very confused about their soul purpose. 

Instead of jumping into something hoping it’s the right thing for you. 

How about you start implementing some changes in your life to help you be open to the messages from the universe, in other words, lifting your spiritual vibration. 

So that when you know or feel what your soul purpose is, then you can start going for it.

Look after yourself.  That may sound weird, but have a look at your day to day life and be really honest, do you actually look after yourself?

In this instance I’m talking about the physical body, because yes, that also affects our spiritual vibration!

You know, eating properly.  While I’m no dietician, I’m a firm believer in whole foods.  Fruit, vegetables, grains.  

I also believe that if you don’t know what the ingredients actually are, then don’t eat it! 

It also means exercising in whatever way is comfortable for you and drinking lots of water. 

Don’t starve yourself thought, I don’t believe in diets but everything in moderation. 

Feel like chocolate?  Fine, just don’t eat the whole block!! 

Can’t jog?  Well, go for a nice walk along the beach or park or whatever but get off your butt and start doing it!! 

Your brain and body both need the right kind of things going into it and you’re not going to lift your spiritual vibration by eating take-away more often than not. 

You’ll feel better for it, trust me!
