5 Simple Rituals for Empaths
I want to share with you 5 simple rituals for empaths.
Being an empath myself I know how difficult it can be.
Also, how draining it can be in your everyday life.
So, I thought that I’d just share a few things that you can incorporate into your daily routine to help you stop being so drained.
1. Journal
I know this comes up a lot but it’s an important tool to use! Not just in your everyday life but in this instance, you’re to journal what emotions are actually yours and what aren’t. Helping you learn to block those that are not yours.
2. Cleanse the air
Create a mist spray with essential oils or you may find one that’s premade that you can spray around the room or use with a vaporiser / candle whichever you prefer. I know that when I do this, when I have a lot of readings on, it’s really helpful, especially to keep my energies up.
3. Take a Bath
Ahh yes, the relaxing bath with some Epsom salts to relieve the stress of the day – again, if you want to put in some lavender oil or whatever you like the smell of that calms you down … go for it! Also, use natural soaps with essential oils.
4. Wear or carry protective crystals
Some of these are obsidian, shunsite, hermatite and malachite – but there’s a lot more that offer protection from energy. If you’re wearing a crystal, I do believe they work better when the crystal is actually touching the skin.
5. Lay on the earth
That can be on the grass in your backyard, maybe at the beach or the local park. Just make sure your not lying on an ants nest! Just lay down and feel all the negative energy drain away into Mother Earth and feel her healing energy flow up to you.
These 5 simple rituals will help you keep your energy calm and allow you to recharge.
