Aura – do you know what one is?
An Aura, what the hell is it?
To put it simply, it’s an energy that can appear as shapes, points of light, spirals, lines, sparks etc.
For ages it has been described as an electromagnetic energy field that surrounds people.
Did you know that all living things have an aura?
Yes, animals, plants and minerals all have their own!
It’s also been described as being like an egg-shaped ball of energy that encompasses the body.
Did you know that there are actually seven layers?
Go figure!
AND these seven layers have names!
They are: the physical, astral, lower, higher, spiritual, intuitional, and absolute planes.
Like chakra’s these layers have their own unique frequency
They are interrelated, and each body affects the others.
So, again, like chakras your aura layers also affect a person’s feelings, emotions, thought patterns, behaviour, and overall health.
When there’s a state of imbalance in one of the layers it leads to a state of imbalance in the others.
So, I’m sure that you’re now wondering what each of those layers floating around you does.
Physical aura:
As the name suggests this layer is the one that is the closest to us.
As our day goes on its energy fades but the good news is that when we’re sleeping it recharges!
Astral aura:
It can be referred to as the emotional layer as it stores our emotional history.
You know, all those experiences that you’ve had with family and friends over the years.
When it’s all out of whack, you’re going to feel overly sensitive and often irrational.
There’s a lower mental level as well:
This lower level is connected to our reasoning.
You know, things like your thought patterns, and how you create your own individual reality.
Most of us spend our time when we’re awake in this level.
It expands when our minds are at work, studying, or we’re focused on something particularly hard.
Our belief systems, values and ideas are also stored in this aura.
When this aura is out of alignment, you may start to feel judgmental, down, or even agitated.
The higher mental level:
If there’s a lower, then there has to be a higher level, right?
Like the chakra’s this higher level aura is where our higher-minded beliefs are stored.
Like, gratitude, self-love and selflessness.
Yep, your negative self-talk can be affecting your whole vibe.
That negative thought pattern will not only affect your confidence but also the energy you project into the world.
The Spiritual aura
It doesn’t take a genius to work out that this is connected with our spirituality.
When you’re aware of this aura you will then find it easier to be connected to other people’s spiritual auras.
When that happens, we can better sense like-minded souls.
When your spiritual aura is clear, you’ll find yourself connecting with other people on the same path as you, discovering the same things—basically, others you can teach, share with, and learn from.
The intuitional aura:
This is where we store our dreams, intuition, and overall spiritual awareness.
Not only that it’s where we store forgiveness and acceptance as well.
The absolute aura:
The absolute plane works to balance and harmonize the other layers.
It houses all the experiences of a soul’s journey and is the blueprint of a person’s spiritual destiny.
Think of it as the auric big red bow—the finishing touch on top of your energy field.
Your aura acts as a reception and relay network for subtle energies.
It’s like a postman, delivering energy messages to the chakra system, which turns them into hormonal, nerve, and cellular activity in the physical body.
Generally, the aura tends to hold present (rather than past) thoughts, feelings, attitudes, and interactions between yourself and your environment.
So, as you can see, our aura’s are pretty important things!
