Messages in dreams, how to understand them
Do you have dreams and you just don’t understand them?
Maybe you have them and you wonder if there’s a message in there or your subconscious is playing games with you.
Dreams CAN have messages in them, there’s no doubt about that.
However, not ALL dreams have messages!
I’m going to try and help you understand the difference in a subconscious dream and a dream that has a message.
By the way, the messages that we receive are from our spirit guides or loved ones in the spirit world.
If you’ve had a dream that leaves you terrified that it may come true, what you need to ask yourself, is ‘what’s been going on in my life leading up to this dream’.
So, a common one that parents have is that something bad happens to their child.
For example, they dream that there’s a house fire and they’re not able to save their child/children.
This doesn’t mean that the house is actually going to catch fire!
It’s the subconscious coming forward and creating a dream about one of our greatest fears as a parent, losing a child.
You may also have heard on the news that a child has died.
This triggers your subconscious to bring forward those on fears and create a dream where your worst nightmare actually becomes one.
Before you overreact to a bad dream, ask yourself what your greatest fears are and if anything has triggered this, as in news reports etc.
If you’ve had a dream that you think may have a message in it, but you’re scratching your head over whether it really does or not, hopefully this helps!
If the dream contains a loved one in it, then yes, I do believe that it’s often a dream with a message.
However, sometimes that message is just them letting you know that they’re around, nothing more nor less than that.
With dreams that carry messages, instead of focusing on what’s happened in the dream, and its usually really weird shit.
Focus instead on what you were feeling during that dream.
Were you happy? Sad? Empowered etc.
Also, try and remember any symbols that may have stood out for you, then look into what that symbol means.
Keep a dream diary and as soon as you wake up, write down everything that you remember, details and feelings so you can look back on it later.
It’s good to keep the diary because sometimes it takes a few dreams for us to get the message so being able to look back on what you’ve dreamt before is really helpful.
I do offer a dream interpretation service if you need it – you just purchase a one question reading and give me as much detail about the dream as possible.
You can purchase that >> HERE
