I can’t believe that we are nearly at the end of the year – October is knocking on our door. The flowers are starting to bloom the days are getting warmer and yes, summer is certainly on it’s way.

I know that I have mentioned this before, but I feel so blessed to be able to meet so many amazing people being a clairvoyant. So many people are caring, talented and have been through so much and yet they keep going. They are so inspiring to me and I am sure to others that know them that they are truly amazing people, if only they would recognise it themselves. Every one of you need to appreciate you, what you have been through, what you have become, the kindness that you show to others is truly a gift, not everyone is as kind as you are. Remember that, you are important, you’re just as important as everyone else that you deal with, it doesn’t matter how much you earn, what kind of house you live in or what kind of car you drive, none of that in my eyes makes you special or important, what makes you important is who you are as a person and how you treat others but also, importantly, how you treat yourself. Be kind to yourself, you deserve it, treat yourself as you would one of your friends.

My Gorgeous Guy and I are going to have a relaxing weekend away in October – we’re going to Catherine Hill Bay and just going to chill out and turn off for a few days, it’s always important to recharge your batteries and I figure I have to make sure I practice what I preach!

I will be putting my charges up next year – I have been resisting this for over two years now but realise that it is something that just has to be done.

WHAT’S BEEN HAPPENING:-
As mentioned last month I have now employed a publicist to help get my children’s book ‘out there’. It’s all a bit nerve wracking and exciting at the same time, you will more than likely start seeing blogs, podcasts and Pinterest pins popping up all over the place – hopefully you won’t be sick of me! If this goes well, then I will be heading to the US in the middle of next year to do a book signing trip – I will be keeping you update as always!

It’s never too late ……. To have a pet
Having a pet is a wonderful thing. It makes you a gentler person, someone who is more compassionate and tactile. Having a pet expands your life and widens your focus. Having a pet brings wonderful rewards you receive unconditional love and lots of cuddles and warmth. Especially if you get a rescue dog or cat – most times you will realise that you haven’t rescued them that they have rescued you.

October Crystal by Katrina-Jane
If you were born in the month of October, certain gem stones have more vibrational power and healing for you than other stones because they are associated with the time of your birth. Over the centuries there have been numerous traditions connected to a particular gemstone so therefore, you may have more than one stone for your month.
The October birthstone is traditionally Black Tourmaline, the ancient stone is Garnet and the more modern stones are Agate and Coral – I am going to touch on the Black Tourmaline for you this month.

Rub black tourmaline for luck and happiness. This is a powerful stone and a very lucky stone. When the tourmaline is rubbed it becomes charged with magnetic electricity and the luck intensifies.

Tourmaline is black, but also shades of red, pink, green, blue and what is known as watermelon tourmaline, which is a crystal with green on the outside and pink in the middle. The green tourmaline brings success. The pink tourmaline will bring love and friends. Tourmalated quartz aids peace of mind. It is found in many countries including Burma, United States, Brazil and Zimbabwe.

Healing properties of Black Tourmaline
Tourmaline uses differs as its colors differ. All colors are very powerful and it must be used carefully. Each person seems to react differently to Tourmaline. It has been used with intestinal problems, but only a healer should use it. Black Tourmaline pushes all negativity away.

Angel Numbers:
I have a lot of people contacting me about numbers that they see all the time and what they may mean.
This month I will just briefly touch on when you see the numbers 222 – when this sequence seems to come up a lot in your life it is a message from the spirit world telling you to have faith. That everything is going to be alright and that whatever the situation is, it is working out for everyone involved.

Astrology for October:
Aries – The Sun is in Aries’ house of relationships emphasizing the importance of your loved one in your life and making most thoughts and actions during that term centered around your relationship. On October 9 2015, communication comes easy again, issues are resolved sooner, you understand certain aspects that were puzzling you. Now you have pretty much all the data necessary to clarify a situation or make a decision.
With the Mars-Jupiter conjunction in Aries’ house of work, it is certainly a very active month professionally. It might be hyperactive in fact, extremely demanding.
The trine formed by the Mars-Jupiter tandem and Pluto, indicates success, reaching an important goal. It’s a big effort, however. You have to overcome an obstacle and find the right way out of a multitude of possibilities that might lead nowhere. Lack of discipline and strategy could cause issues. Money doesn’t come easily and it could be spent with ease if you’re not careful.
Contracts, collaborations and team work play a deciding role. They start doing better after a more difficult or unfair term.
It’s more important than ever to temper down your tendencies toward excess and to plan things so you’ll avoid exhaustion. Pay close attention if you suffer from cardio-circulatory or “hyper” types of health issues.

Gemini – October 2015, which is a hot month, favorable for love and having fun. First, Jupiter, ruler of Gemini’s house of couple, is in the company of passionate Mars and sensual, seductive Venus. Then, in Gemini’s house of love and sexuality there’s the Sun, spreading energy and light, and stimulating the areas of the house which it’s crossing. This complex astral configuration promises an erotic month, with offers to their hearts’ content.
Mars, ruler of Gemini’s house of work, is in conjunction with Jupiter, ruler of Gemini’s house of career. It’s a good omen, showing that efforts are in tune with purposes.
Then comes Venus, bringing chance and opportunities, and everything happens in an area that capitalizes on the strength of these planets your career is going well and you’re probably making good money, but you seem to prefer intimacy and discretion. You could work from home or receive support from your family. You’re good with anything to do with property and real-estate, offices, commercial spaces and long-term-use goods. Your creative-artistic pursuits could also be successful, and so could advertising, presenting or representing.
You are in top shape, have a lot of stamina, love to be active, walk, bike or roller-skate, work out, dance.
Health is not an issue during this term. On the contrary, if you have some issues, now it’s a good time to solve them. Solutions are found, and resources to implement them.

Cancer – Pluto the perfectionist, receives a positive impulse from the Mars-Jupiter conjunction it helps leave its tensions and insularism behind and see things in a bolder, more optimistic light. If you want to change something or take an important step in regard to your relationship, you can dare to now. Communication, getting informed and travel are helping factors for relationships. If you’re looking for love, you can meet the right person now. For that to happen you need to go out, travel, meet new people, even sign up on a dating site. Old relationships could be improved or brightened through open discussions about couple issues, with calm and benevolence.
You’re very agitated, have all sorts of initiatives and launch all kinds of endeavors. You get down to it and solve issues that have been stagnant and holding you back.
Your greatest weapons are great mental force, irresistible persuasion and negotiation power, and great ability to gather and process information. It is excellent in terms of intellectual preoccupations, exams, auditions, interviews. Leo – With the ruler of Leo’s house of relationships in Leo’s house of love, in October 2015 you’re in a stage of your life when romanticism and sexuality are very important. This triplet full of amorous energy forms a trine with Pluto exactly in Virgo’s house of love. Under this rare and powerful configuration, your blood is red-hot, your primary instincts unleash, your romantic impetus fires up. You live up to any challenge and can fall in love at the smallest gesture. You shouldn’t fall all the way yet, but keep a level head, because you tend to idealize, with the risk of falling for unsuitable people or entering in impossible relationships.
In October, the Mars-Jupiter conjunction gives a lot of strength and confidence, urging them toward grand scale action and bold initiatives. October will be a month with particular professional potential. You have at your disposal huge achievement-energy that, targeted toward well-picked objectives, can bring remarkable results. The Sun eclipse promises something new or a surprise of a financial nature.
In October 2015 you have a vitality to be envied and persistent good mood. You feel as though the world is yours and, if you’d want to, you could move mountains. And in a way, you’re right.

The Mars-Jupiter conjunction in Scorpio’s 11th house brings solid support for achieving your goals in October. The Mars-Jupiter tandem attracts protection from the powerful and well-off, support from friends, disciples or admirers. Collective activities put you in a good light; you’re an excellent leader or organizer of a group/event that gathers lots of people driven by the same interest or passion. the first half of October brings you success through expressing talents, collaborations, and social connections. The second half are good for popularity and promise luck and opportunities. October is good on a financial level as well, provided you’re not after easy money, immoral or illegal gains.
In the first half of October your health could be capricious. On Scorpio’s houses-of-health axis there’s a Sun-Uranus opposition that could give you unexpected difficulties. Also, Mercury is still retrograde – so not favorable and instable – in one of these houses. During the second part of October your physical shape becomes better and better, so you end the month in top shape.

Sagittarius – Mercury, ruler of Sagittarius’s house of couple, resumes its direct motion on October 9 this date an event might take place, a revelation, an awareness, a conclusion, a solution or decision with great impact on the future of your relationship. It could also be a significant event for your partner. Friends, meetings or collective initiatives impact Sagittarians’ love life. A situation gets un-stuck or clarified and success starts to shape up. The segment responsible for your higher mental activity is very active in this month, the term being exceptional for scientific, degree, cultural or editorial, and specialization pursuits. October is a very dynamic month for Aquarians financially. It also brings favorable circumstances for finding love and gives a powerful impulse toward common initiatives for the couple. It’s a month during which you might find your soul-mate, do great things with your partner, or your loved one could manage an important achievement. But you can also expect too much from your partner or manifest yourself exaggeratedly or imprudently. In short, October promises to be a turbulent month in terms of love, during which significant events will take place in your relationship.
October is the month of collaborations and team efforts. PARTIES for a big group – hens’ day, baby showers – this is where everyone has as 15 minute reading – this is lots of fun for baby showers, birthdays, hens nights etc. and it is $25 per reading these readings are not recorded because there are usually too many people and it just takes up too much time, but I am able to take notes or the person having the reading can take them if they wish, I am also happy for them to record on their phones.

GROUP OF FRIENDS – I have had numerous enquiries about parties and how many people you need to host one. It obviously depends on where you live – if you live about an hour from Newcastle CBD, I would need a minimum of 8 people having 15 minute readings ($25 each) if you want to have ½ hour readings ($50 each) then a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 people would be appreciated. If you live within a 2 – 2.5 hour drive, then a fee of $50+ to cover travel costs will be required, depending on how far you are away. And it would be a minimum of 6 x ½ hour readings and a maximum of 8. I am also okay with a mix of readings as in some having ½ hour and others 15 minutes. These are all recorded and emailed to you within 24 hours.
