Witchcraft is not evil.
It actually took me a long time to accept this.
If you are unaware I was brought up in a very strict religious household and tarot cards, yoga, clairvoyants etc were all connected to Satan.
To be honest, I’m not quite sure how that came about, as in the connection but that’s what I was taught.
As I grew up and can I say it took me until I was about 34 for that to really happen! I realised a few things and started to question things.
How is it that the messages that I receive are classified as evil and yet there are others who are referred to as prophets and they get their messages from ‘god’?
Witchcraft or following pagan ways, or hell, even just treading your own path isn’t evil.
It’s no more evil than going into church and lighting a votive candle.
Definitely no more evil that when you pray for a friend who is sick.
What’s wrong with carrying a lucky charm? How can that be evil?
Witchcraft is not evil, but do you know why people think it is?
Because of organised religion and yes, I’m pointing the finger at ‘christian’ church’s and I use the word ‘christian’ very lightly.
You see, these organised religions have conditioned their followers to fear anything which strays from their narrow and condemning views.
Do you know why they do this?
I can tell you that it’s not because it’s the ‘word of god’ because it’s not.
It’s because if you have the ability to fend for yourself and you can rationally solve your own problems.
If you can choose your own way of living spiritually …… why would you ever need the confined structure of a church?
When you don’t need a church then they don’t make money and they don’t have control over you.
